TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for referring Cityscape Schools. In order to receive the incentive, the following terms and conditions must be met.
- Referrer’s name must be included on the referral form at the time of submission and in the student’s official enrollment forms.
- Referral form must be completed and submitted prior to or when student completes his/her enrollment (not after).
- Referrals for children of a family currently enrolled in Cityscape do not qualify for the incentive.
- All information will be verified by the Registration Office.
- The referrer must present a photo I. D. when picking up the incentive.
- Before the referrer receives the incentive, the referred student(s) must be completely enrolled and have attended Cityscape for a minimum of two weeks.
