What is Open Enrollment?

As an open enrollment school, we do not discriminate against students on the basis of sex, national origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, academic, artistic, athletic ability or the district the child would otherwise attend. In addition, we admit students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin with all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities of the school.

After the lottery, if your child is notified of admittance, the
following documentation will need to be submitted before finalizing the enrollment process.

Application Process

Starting October 1st 2016, you can apply for the 2017-2018 school year. Please make sure you follow all the steps to apply for enrollment. If you want to apply for the current year, you will be given that option once you log into School Mint

Step 1: Verify your child's eligibility to apply to and attend East Grand Academy

Step 2: Create a SchoolMint UserID and password

You will need to provide an e-mail address or phone number to use the system.

Step 3: Complete the application form in SchoolMint

Enter your child’s information including siblings already enrolled at East Grand Preparatory

Step 4: Submit your application

Once you have entered all the required information and submitted yourapplication, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your child will beentered in the lottery and we will contact you if we need furtherinformation.

The deadline for entering to the lottery is March 15^th 2017 to be considered for the 2016-2017 school year. Results will be available on March 24^th. You will be contacted by email or phone.

Remember, if you do not receive a confirmation email shortly,
your application did not go through!
